This was a little birthday gift for Madison, featuring a jeweled crown and princess written out in bling (we all call her princess after her VMK character PrincessMadiro) and it also features a little SMA ribbon that says 'fight' and 'cure' and has a little red/pink rose just like the SMA ribbon.
